Off-brands
You know how you sometimes get an off brand because it's inexpensive, but then nobody likes it? I thought this would be a good place to post the off-brand items you actually like.
At Aldi, we found that we like the smoked sausage (we use it to flavor other foods, not so much as a main meat). It's not expensive and lasts quite a long time refrigerated. I like to chop it fine and use it to flavor pasta or rice.
